Observation: The dishwasher is not working. Operator says that he was waiting for a part and can get it fixed by tomorrow.
Corrective Action(s): Get the dishwasher fixed by tomorrow afternoon. Until then, ensure that staff are washing and sanitizing dishes properly. Wash and rinse dishes, then sanitize dishes by soaking in 200ppm bleach/water solution (1 Oz bleach per gallon of water) for 2 minutes before air drying. Operator trained staff during the inspection on how to wash the dishes.

Observation: 1) The paper towel dispenser at the handsink beside the stove should be moved up higher as discussed.
2) The door of the sliding door cooler is not aligned properly. Fix the door.

Observation: Rice scoops are being stored in water.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed previously, store the rice scoops in ice or in a clean, empty container.

Observation: Duct tape is being used on cooler door handles.
Corrective Action(s): If the handles break, replace or fix them. Do not use duct tape to secure the handle to the door. Remove all duct tape and afix the handle to the door.

Observation: Walk-in freezer temperature is -7 degC. This is too high.
Corrective Action(s): Get the freezer fixed and/or change the defrost cycle to between 12am and 8am as discussed. The freezer must be able to maintain a temperature of -18 degC or below.
