Observation: During time of inspection, low temperature dishwasher was dispensing 0ppm at final rinse
- Operator informed next function is on Friday night
- Operator will contact service when partner arrive later this evening

Corrective Action(s): In the mean time, any utensils can be ware washed in high temp dishwasher located in bar
- Ensure kitchen dishwasher is repaired before Feb 16th 2018

Observation: During time of inspection, the following observations were made:
1. Moderate mildew accumulation on walls of dish pit
2. Fan covers in walk-in cooler has slight mildew/ dust accumulation
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above noted are cleaned thoroughly, sanitized and maintained

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.
- All handwashing sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperature meet health requirements:
* Walk-in cooler at 4C
* Freezers - satisfactory temperature
- Commercial fume hood maintained in sanitary condition
- Bleach solution available, concentration at 100ppm
- Pest control in place, monthly contract
- No entry points detected during time of inspection
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
- New high temperature glasswasher available during time of inspection at bar, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (72.5C)

Note: Bar area has been renovated in facility, new high temp dishwasher added and sink.
Ensure that when any renovations occur that a plan is submitted to Health Department prior to renovation.
