Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated October 26, 2021 there were six children and two staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this inspection, a facility risk assessment tool is completed and a copy is provided. This report was reviewed with the manager and written off site. A copy of this report and the facility risk assessment tool will be emailed to the manager. Total time includes office time.
The following were discussed with the manager:
For the prevention of entrapment spaces (i.e holes or openings between pickets in fencing) must be 3.5 inches or smaller.
A criminal record check for a person living at the facility address expires on November 30, 2021. It is recommended a new clearance is applied for now.
It is recommended that ECE certificate renewals are submitted four weeks before a certificate expires. |
