Country Kitchen
- Coolers 4C of colder; freezers -19C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily.
- High temperature dishwasher had rinse cycle temperature of 76.4C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles had 200ppm strength.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; food stored in groups with proteins separate or below RTE foods; and food stored 6" off the follow or racks and shelves.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- All surfaces are in good working order.
- General sanitation level is good.
- Exhaust canopy and filters have minor accumulation of dust. Next professional cleaning scheduled to be done in April 2024, as per service sticker.
- No signs of pests. A professional pest company monitors for pests every 3-4 weeks.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All in order.
Tea Garden

- All foods stored 6" off the floor and protected with saran wrap or in display coolers.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- All items are taken to the Country Kitchen for washing.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- Sausage rolls prepackaged and stored in a working display cooler, for patrons to help themselves.
- Valid FoodSafe certified staff present.
