Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): White Onion (sliced), Cilantro (sliced), carrot pickle and green sauce all in small bowls, stand at room temperature from 11:00am - 8:00pm every day says kitchen staff.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded all food items listed above. Items must be stored at room temperature for only 2hours and replaced afterwards with fresh ones from cooler.

- Stainless steel 2 door freezer -17.0 deg.C
- Display Cooler 2.9 deg.C
- Beverage Cooler 4.0 deg.C
- Hot holding for Channa 59.0 deg.C
- Low temperature dishwasher noted at 50ppm residual Chlorine Concentration at plate level.
- Foodsafe Certified staff on-site with certificate expiry date July 25, 2024
- General Sanitation is good
- No Signs of pest activity noted at the time of visit.
- Health permit is posted in a Conspicuous manner

- Social distancing floor markings noted in premise.
- Dining chairs/tables not available for Customers, only pick-up orders are currently in place.
- Tables are used to block off display cooler/cases to maintain Some distance between customers and staff members.
NOTE:- High Concentration bleach Solution 1000ppm Should be used to disinfect high touch Surface eg door handles throughout the day. At least once every hour.
