Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C55QH9.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach (chlorine-based) available on-site.
Informed operator that bleached used for manual dishwashing is temporarily until QUATs dispenser is serviced to dispense 200ppm QUATs. When preparing third compartment sink for manual dishwashign, prepare 1 parts bleach to 500 parts water (i.e.: 1:500 dilution factor).

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
