Observation: Walk-in cooler contents measured 6C at the time of re-inspection. Temperature records indicate that walk-in cooler is maintaining 4C overnight, but is reaching 8 to 9C most evenings (9pm).
Corrective Action(s): Continue to avoid storing potentially hazardous foods in this cooler. Currently, whole vegetables and shelf stable sauces are the only items stored in this cooler.
