Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 6 (raw) eggs were being stored at room temperature (22-23C). No time tracking in place. Eggs had been at room temperature for >2 hours
Corrective Action(s): Eggs were discarded by Mgr on duty at the time of the inspection. Ensure time tracking is being followed according to food safety procedures.

Comments

-General sanitation of premises was satisfactory
-Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Observed frequent handwashing by staff on duty.
-Temperatures of coolers were 4C or colder
-Temperatures of freezers were adequate.
-Hot holding temperature of burgers, cooked onions were >60C
-Time tracking in place for toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions)
-Quats sanitizer (200ppm) was present in dishwashing sink
-Cloths stored in 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
