Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dough machine was not cleaned and sanitized after use last night.
Corrective Action(s): As previously discussed, ensure the dough machine (and any other equipment used for food items) is cleaned and sanitized after each use. No piece equipment should be left dirty overnight. Operator began cleaning dough machine at time of inspection.

- Two-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sinks maintained in sanitary condition, sink plugs available
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory.
