Inspection report: 262423 Met with Manager on site, Prabh, and discussed the following: - Daily temp logs - are up to date ( hot holdings/ cold holdings ) - All food holding met the FS requirements - All staff is FS level 1 trained - Quat used as approved sanitizer - Chemical log is available - Quat test strips are available for daily monitoring - Quat measured at 200ppm - Walk in cooler / freezer - well organized
