A follow up inspection was performed for MKIM-CWXUDZ and the following observation were made: - 2 glass door cooler measured to be at 4C - Meat sauce measured to at 65C - Sanitizer pails stocked with 100 ppm chlorine - Food kept off floor level - Knives kept in a sanitary manner - Wall behind pizza oven repaired to have a smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. - Temperature logs maintained and updated daily - All violations resolved
