Great improvement noted in the overall sanitation of the premises. All food products (rice, flour) have been stored in covered bins. A number of glue traps and snap traps in place. *Clean the floor in corner near the back door, behind the hot water tank and behind the dough mixer to remove droppings. More trapping recommended in these area. ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR SPILLS TO BE LEFT OVERNIGHT FOR EFFECTIVE RODENT CONTROL. ENSURE TO WIPE OFF ANY MOISTURE FROM THE FLOOR AT THE END OF THE DAY.
