Comments

A third follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Walls and majority of the shelves and cupboards have been cleaned. Staff were completing the cleaning during the inspection. - The drawers in the cooler unit (below the flat grill) were cleaned. - The broken dishwasher was removed from the premises. - The broken hot holding unit was removed from the premises and being repaired. - The cardboard, under the flat grill, was removed and a metal pizza pan was being used to stored the greasy utensils and grill blocks. Staff indicated that a large metal pan will be purchased soon. - All violations have been corrected. Ensure the premises is maintained at the current sanitation level. Failure to do so may result in the the issuance orders, tickets, fines, and/or closure of the premises. **Please submit the repair invoice for the dishwasher, and the dishwasher temperature recording procedure to our office.**
