Comments

Kitchen hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
All glasswashers (4) had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
Kitchen dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Daily records are being kept.
Sanitizer bottles had 200 ppm quats.
No evidence of pests, pest control reports to be forwarded to the inspector.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
