Coolers (walk-in, undercounter, milk/cream counter, sandwich prep) at 4C or colder. Milk/cream counter cooler across from the POS not in use (out of service) - will be replaced with an espresso machine.
Walk in freezer at -18C.
Hot holding units at 60C or hotter.
Temperature logs up to date.
Handsinks supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATS sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm.
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored outside.
No pests noted during inspection, Monthly pest control contract in place.
FOODSAFE certified staff on duty.
General sanitation satisfactory.
