Follow up Inspection

All outstanding issues have been corrected:
-The floor of the walk-in-cooler was cleaned to remove buildup.
-A waterproof probe thermometer with a cover was available on-site. Staff ran through the dishwasher which had a final rinse temperature of 74 degrees C. Please check the dishwasher final rinse temperature at least on a daily basis to ensure that the final rinse temperature is 71 degrees C or hotter at the plate.
-The handsink near the frying area was not leaking.
