Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units holding cold potentially hazardous items were at 4.0C or below. All freezer units were at -18.0C or below. Bleach sanitizer container was set-up. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected. Drain plugs available for th 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. Excellent sanitation and organization. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certificate was available and verified - expires June 4, 2024. Correct dispensers available for bulk food containers - reminder to store the scoops in a manner where the handles do not come into contact with the food. Note: As per the operators, one of the baseboard by the staff washroom was recently dislodged. Please fix as soon as possible so all surfaces in the facility is easily cleanable.
