- Premises and equipment maintained in a sanitary condition
- Handsink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder)
- Walk-in cooler 4C
- Undercounter cooler 4C
- Sandwich line cooler (right side) 3C (left side) 4C *Initially some product in left side of sandwich line had an internal temperature of 4.1C - 5.2C. Temperature of cooler was adjusted colder and temperature of product lowered. Continue to monitor temperatures according to food safety procedures and taken action if temperature does not remain at 4C or colder.
- Hot holding of potentially hazardous foods was at acceptable temperatures (60C or higher)
- Meatballs 62C
- Soup 67C - 72C
- Temperature records were up to date
- Food stored in a manner to prevent contamination
- Walk-in freezer was -17C
- Quats present from dispenser at warewashing sink and in spray bottle. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Both staff members on duty have completed Foodsafe level 1
- No pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
