Corrective Action(s): Clean with a bleach solution and continue with a professional pest control company. Violation Score: 9 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: A professional pest control company has been onsite and has noted that there are entry points for rodents in the ceiling/ roof. Follow up inspection Corrected items: Cleaning of food debris and grease has been completed. Door sweeps have been installed on the doors and entry points have been sealed as well. The dishwasher is now reaching 76 C at the plate level. A 100 ppm bleach solution was prepared. The following items are outstanding: The violations noted above. Purchase more pest proof containers and place all of the food in them. Fix/ repair the broken freezer. Remove the bucket outside with standing water and the garbage next to it. The Closure Order remains in effect.
