Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CE6MWN High temperature dish machine was able to reached 72C during the rinse cycle at the plate level. The dish machine can now be used for dish washing. Make sure to run a couple of empty cycles to allow for the temperature within the dish machine to increase before using. Consider investing in a water-proof thermometer to allow staff to test for the temperature of the dish machine to ensure it is capable of reaching at least 71C at the plate level before using. No further follow-up required at this time.
