Staff informed that samosas have been there since morning (~8am), operator discarded samosas during time of inspection )

Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] (During time of inspection, it was observed that staff member took a break from food handling and went to cash register, returned to food preparation and did not wash hands)
Comments

Previous deficiencies corrected:
- No foods being stored at room temperature during time of inspection
- Chlorine sanitizer solution available on -site
NOTE: During time of inspection, sanitizer concentration too strong, solution diluted during time of inspection to 200ppm
- Insert holding cut vegetables at satisfactory temperature (inserts were not filled to the top during time of inspection)

Items still to be corrected:
- During time of inspection, drain plugs were not found, ensure these are available
- No foodsafe certified staff present, in presence of operator, at least one staff member must possess Foodsafe level 1 certification at all times
- Fan cover to be cleaned
