Cupboards poorly organized.
Food debris found under prep cooler/ counters.

Hand sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Prep cooler and standing cooler at 2C
Freezer (top of fridge) measured at -17C
Dishwasher reached 73C at plate surface after approx. 10min warm up. Good
Hot held rice measured >60C
Bleach sanitizer must be on site and in use. Use your free spray bottle to measure 1tsp of regular, unscented bleach into 1 litre of water.

To be correction for your next inspection:
- pest control to be called. I will request to see a copy of the service report
- all holes/ access points to be closed up for rodents
- kitchen to be fully cleaned up and organized
- purchase a paper towel rack (standing OK) for roll of paper towels beside hand sink
