-The two compartment sink will be replaced with a 3-compartment sink. Ensure that each sink will be able to fit the largest item that will be washed so that it can be fully immersed in the detergent/ sanitizer solution. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. Temperature records up to date. No evidence of pests. Pest control records available. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
