-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Middle island prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Line coolers were at 4C.
-Nacho cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Front service area cooler was at 4C.
-Bar cooler was at 4C.
-Prep area freezer was at -18C.
-Chest freezer was at -20C.
-Burger patty cooked to greater than 71C.
-Cooked potentially hazardous foods cooled in shallow trays, in single layers. Foods cooked today were at 4C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer pails and bottles were labelled and at 200ppm. Sanitizer pails changed every 2 hours.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training valid.

COVID-19:
-Workplace COVID-19 safety plan posted upstairs.
-Staff undergo employee health check each day.
-Facility is offering dine-in services. Seating capacity of 80 posted at the front entrance.
-No more than 6 patrons per table.
*Contact information for guests is incomplete - last names are not always recorded. Facility must collect both first AND last name and a phone number of each for one person in each party. Information must be kept for 30 days.
*One table in the back corner did not provide proper physical distancing. At least 2 metres must be provided between patrons at separate tables, measured from the back of the chairs.
*Music was too loud. Music cannot be louder than normal conversation, measured from the seat closest to the speakers.
*Men's washroom has a capacity of 2 - urinals do not allow for physical distancing. Recommended to block off one of the urinals or to install a physical barrier which meets WorkSafeBC requirements.
