- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walkin cooler, upright storage cooler, drinks cooler, small undercounter cooler and prep cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Walk in cooler and storage freezer are measured at less than -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available at 100ppm chlorine residual in spray bottle and in bucket in back area
- Hot holding of rice is measured at greater than 60C
- Cooling of hot food items was reviewed
- Foodsafe level 1 is verified
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- General sanitation is satisfactory
