Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted cloths on the food preparation counters. Sanitizer in the kitchen was located by the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Keep all reusable wiping cloths stored in the sanitizer solution. Keep sanitizer solution conveniently located within the food handling/preparation area.

Observation: A) Lights above dishwasher are still uncovered
B) Scoop for ice was stored in the ice at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): A) Obtain/install light cover/sleeve
B) Do not store scoop for ice in the ice. Keep the scoop for ice stored outside of the ice at all times.

Observation: Noted spilled food debris and stains in the dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Do a thorough cleaning in the dry storage room

Observation: A) Noted a hose installed near the hand sink/cookline. Operator said this hose is for cleaning and not food preparation.
B) Noted door to washroom outside of the kitchen is still not self closing.
C) Noted tin foil and duct tape on the corner of the wall of the walk in cooler
Corrective Action(s): A) Remove hose and do not have it installed during operation/food preparation times.
B) Operator to install a self closing hinge/device on the washroom door.
C) Remove tin foil and tape. Repair/finish wall as needed to ensure it is smooth and washable. Do not use tape and tin foil in the food premises.

All hand wash stations (bar, kitchen, washroom) fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water and were accessible at time of inspection.
All coolers 4⁰C or less (walk in, prep, under counter...etc)
Bowl of bean sprouts on ice - no concerns at time of inspection.
Chest freezers x2 less than -18C.
Hot holding of rice 65C
Chlorine sanitizere 200ppm in the kitchen and at the bar. See violation code 302 re: location of sanitizer and use of reusable wiping cloths.
Sceen door was closed at time of inspection. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted.
Meat slicer and ice machine appeared clean at time of inspection.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
