1. Meat slicer has food debris and dust accumulation in crevices and on surface.
2. Inside lip of ice machine has mould growth.)

Follow-up Inspection:
- Inside lip of ice machine has been cleaned.
- Meat slicer clean at time of inspection. Ensure meat slicer is cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours or after each use.
- General sanitation has improved, however you must keep up with your sanitation plan.
- Light bulbs for 2 light fixtures in kitchen now have sleeves.
- Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in kitchen = 200 ppm.
- Rodent droppings cleaned under 2-compartment sink. Ensure you follow pest control vigilantly.

The following requires your attention:
- Submit latest pest control report to health department by August 11, 2017.
- Start temperature logs for all coolers starting today. Check temperatures at least twice a day.
- Ventilation canopy is due to be cleaned in September. Ensure canopy and outside surrounding of canopy (near pipes) are also cleaned to prevent a fire hazard.
- Ensure to check all pest traps daily.
