General sanitation is good. Hand sinks (front and back) supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. High temperature dishwasher is measured at 73 C during final rinse at the dish surface. Coolers < 4 C. Freezers - satisfactory. Thermometers for cold units - available. Three compartment sink is available/satisfactory. No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection. Quats sanitizer solution (three compartment sink, dishpan for wiping cloths) is 200 ppm; Ice-machine - clean/a scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection. Storage is well organized. Note: Safety measures/communicate disease/- in place.
