Observation:
- The counter tops, the food controlled units, the exhaust hood were not in a sanitary condition.
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean and sanitize the facility.

Observation:
- Hand sink has paper towel and hot/cold running water, however, no hand soap available for washing hands.

Corrective Action(s): - Hand sink has to be fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water all the time.

Observation:
- Dishwasher has not been working for months during COVID. The hot water pipe was leaking when turn on the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s):
- Fix the dishwasher and make sure the temperature of the dish level at the end of the rinse cycle reaches 71C.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the owner. The business is not open to the public due to COVID. Owner planned to open in September, he must take corrective action (please see violations) and contact District Health Inspector for an inspection prior to openness.

- Under the counter cooler, the upright coolers < 4C
- Upright freezers < -18C.
- Bleach Sanitizer measured 200ppm in the spray bottle.
- Rice bags stored off floor and no spills on the floor.
- Staff washroom was quipped with hand soap, paper towel and cold/hot running watwer.
- Mop sink was well organized and free of pest activity.
- Back door sealed properly, no rodent activity observed during inspection.
