2. Under 3-compartment sink
*When asked, operator advised that cleaning of the store is done once a week.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove droppings, clean and sanitize the shelves. Also required operator to increaes frequency of the cleaning to once every 2-3 days minimum
