Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous food (chicken, ham, roast beef, gyro meat) in walk-in cooler measured to be between 14C - 16C at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All meat items measuring 14C - 16C were discarded at time of inspection. Some meat items measured at 8C were transferred to working prep coolers at the front. All potentially hazardous foods must be held at 4C or colder at all times.

Observation: Walk-in cooler was measured to be at 14C (air temperature).
Corrective Action(s): Repeat violation. Have cooler professionally serviced - it must be capable of maintaining temperatures at or below 4C. Do not store any potentially hazardous food items in this cooler until it has been repaired. Operator stated they have called for servicing and technician will be onsite today. **Future non-compliance will result in further enforcement actions, such as the issuance of an Order or a Violation Ticket.

- Paper towel dispenser at back hand sink must be fixed.

- All hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 3-compartment sink and in spray bottle at 200 ppm
- All prep coolers and inserts measured to be at or below 4C
- Upright freezer measured to be at -18C
- Food storage organized
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
