This inspection done by EHO student.

Follow-up Inspection:

Following items have been corrected:
- Scoops are properly stored in dry storage bins. Handles of scoops are standing up, so it is not touching food product.
- Metal bowl in small flour bin has been removed. Operator notes a clean scoop will be used each time instead.
- Dairy product noted in stand up beverage cooler in front area. No opened milk carton observed.
- Operator notes that customers must ask staff for beverages from cooler.
* Post signage indicating customers must ask staff to serve them beverage from cooler.
* Ensure no opened food products are stored in cooler.
- Book shelf, large food processing equipment, and other items not needed to operate food premises have been removed from off site storage room. Organization of this room has also improved.
- COVID-19 Safety Plan is available on site.
* Ensure you document specific control measures you have implemented for your business in your Safety Plan.
- Outline cleaning and disinfection procedures for high touch surfaces on site (frequency, chemicals used, concentration of chemicals)
- Information sheet from BCCDC regarding mixing instruction for disinfectants given to operater.
