Follow-up inspection to report #KLIU-C68TNF Code 306 has been corrected. Sanitation is much improved. > Gasket for standup freezer has been cleaned, no longer covered in black residue. > Walk-in cooler is reorganized and de-cluttered. > Previously mentioned prep coolers that required cleaning are now in much more sanitary condition. Code 308 > Digital thermometer read 9C upon start of inspection. > Max/min thermometer inside cooler read 4C after 15 minutes. > Did not observe any more raw meats submerging in water. > Scoops for dry storage bins are now stored in a separate container when not in use or hooked inside the container. > Pest control reports were provided by operator after last routine via email. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report reviewed with Operator on site.
