Pizza prep cooler has been properly repaired. Thermostat was informed to be replaced. Right hand side of prep cooler is measured at 1C and left hand side is at 3C. You may use this entire prep cooler now. Floor tile has been replaced in the back under ice machine. A switch shall be added to ice machine as the ice machine continues to make ice with no "off" switch. This causes the ice cubes to collect and overflow, thereby causing the "leak". Bar ice bin also has been resealed so that there is no more water leaking. Low fruit fly activity around bar area but sanitation has improved. Reminding bar staff to clean the bar counters, sinks, floors etc. on a nightly basis to remove food debris/residues. Operating permit is also found and has been relocated to conspicuous location. Decal has also been transferred from business license to Health Permit. No further issues at this point, thank you.
