Observation: 1) Scented bleach is getting used as a food grade sanitizer. The "lemon" is a chemical that is not food grade
2) Numerous scoops left in product bins. Some of these scoops without sanitary handles
3) A used, opened tin is currently getting used as a dry ingredient storage container
4) Condenser water run-off from walk in cooler getting used for dishes
Corrective Action(s): 1) Use only regular, unscented bleach if using for a food grade sanitizer. Lemon can be used on floor or bathrooms only. Correction deadline: immediately
2) Use scoops with handles. Store them in a sanitary manner away from contamination. Suggest using clean containers on top of bins
3) Upon opening a tin of food product, immediately use/dispense, then recycle container
4) Unknown cleanliness of water. Drain to your mop sink.

Sanitizer on site in spray bottle measured at 100ppm. A rag bucket labelled sanitizer was found to have 0ppm chlorine. Store wiping rags in a 100ppm solution to prevent them from growing bacteria
