Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed peking duck and roasted pork at 26C in a case. Duck and pork had been picked up by operator @ 1:07am and put into case. Operator stated they purcahsed duck and pork based on customer orders. During delivery, operator stated meat is stored in boxes - no temperature control.
Corrective Action(s): Case is in need of repair

- fix hot case to ensure it can maintain foods @60C or above
- provide a thermometer in case
- submit plan on how you will safety transport foods
