Follow up inspection conducted:
Cooked Chicken fillets were in ice water bath mixture and at <4 deg C. As discussed, only bring out enough chicken fillets to use within a 2 hour period.
Sanitation greatly improved underneath cooking line and around handsink. Continually maintain this level of sanitation.
