Observation: Buildup of dust/debris was evident on the vent and ceiling of the walk-in-cooler and the floor near the backdoor. The operator realized that they forgot to clean these areas and mentioned that she would have it thoroughly cleaned by Sunday.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the vent and ceiling of the walk-in-cooler and the floor near the backdoor to maintain the food premises in a sanitary condition; Correct by May 22, 2016 (this Sunday) if not sooner.

Follow-up Inspection:
-The upright freezer was repaired and it was at -22 degrees C during the inspection.
-200 ppm chorine sanitizer was available in a labelled spray bottle.
NOTE: The operator needs to obtain test strips to check the concentration of chlorine in the spray bottle on daily basis.
