-Walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Walk-in freezer was at -17C. -Under counter cooler was at 3C. -Yogurt cooler was at 4C. -McCafe area cooler was at 4C. -Soft serve hopper was at 1C. -Milk dispenser was at 1C. -Fry and McNugget freezers were at -8C/-17C. -Hamburger freezer was at -17C. -Hot holding was greater than 60C. -Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units. Temperatures are checked and recorded daily. -Condiments stored at ambient temperature are time tracked and discarded as per the food safety plan. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm. -Bleach sanitizer pails were at 100ppm. -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop was stored in a sanitary manner. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. -Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Washroom clean and sanitary.
