Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen yogurt machine that is third from the right side (as viewed from the back area) was above 4 degrees C. The following average internal food temperatures were measured:
Freshly shredded coconut: 7 degrees C
Blueberry Greek: 11 degrees C.
Note: Temperature records taken approximately four hours ago noted temperatures of 4 degrees C or less.
Corrective Action(s): Machine was turned off by management and a sign was posted indicating unit was out of order. Frozen product within machine to be thawed and discarded and machine is to be properly cleaned and sanitized. Ensure machine is not used until such time that it is capable of maintaining internal food temperatures of 4 degrees C or less.

Observation: Frozen yogurt machine described under violation 205 was not capable of maintaining food temperatures of 4 degrees C or less at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Service technician contacted at time of inspection. Ensure machine is capable of maintaining internal food temperatures of 4 degrees C or less in order to limit the growth of potential pathogens and/or toxins. Date to be corrected by: July 9, 2019.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottles were unlabeled or labels had faded.
Corrective Action(s): Spray bottles were labeled at time of inspection. Ensure all chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents are properly labeled to identify contents to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse.

- Quats sanitizer is available in spray bottles (front/back) at 200 ppm
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Certificate produced at time of inspection is valid to October 17, 2020.
- No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
