Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two containers of Quat sanitizer were low in concentration. One at 10 ppm and other at 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the old sanitizer and refill from the dispenser. Ensure the sanitizer is replaced more often if there is heavy use to ensure the concentration is at 200 ppm. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (undercounter, display, double door) at < or = 4C
- Freezer (double door) at < or = -18C
- High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 75.7C at the plate level.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available from dispenser
- Ice machine is well-maintained. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
