One at 10 ppm and other at 100 ppm. Corrective Action(s): Discard the old sanitizer and refill from the dispenser. Ensure the sanitizer is replaced more often if there is heavy use to ensure the concentration is at 200 ppm. Date to be corrected by: Immediately Violation Score: 5

Final rinse temperature reached 75.7C at the plate level. - Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing - 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available from dispenser - Ice machine is well-maintained. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner. - No signs of pests observed during inspection
