Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dried on food soil noted on the underside of the Blizzard machines, by the spindle.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Staff cleaned the underside of the Blizzard machines when this was brought to their attention. Please ensure to clean and sanitize this area often and to do a deep clean at the end of each night, especially in the hard to reach areas of the Blizzard machines to maintain in a sanitary condition.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were noted at or below 4C.
All freezer units were noted at or below -18C.
All food stored protected and off the floor.
Hot hold units were holding food above 60C.
QUAT sanitizer was found in 2 sanitizer containers and 1 spray bottle - all noted with 200 ppm QUAT. All chemical containers were name labelled.
Interior of the ice machine, fume hood, deep fryers were all noted in excellent sanitary condition.
Overall organization and sanitation satisfactory.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
