Comments

Temperature monitoring logs do not indicate problems, however accuracy of readings does not correspond with the thermometers that are on site
Remember the purpose of your monitoring logs! They are to catch mechanical errors when they do happen. It is the store's responsibility to ensure equipment is working properly.
Do not use this cooler until I have been notified of the repair, and verify it on site.
Please speak to staff about accurately monitoring temperatures
