Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezers between -13 and -18 C. OK. Dishwasher at 76 C at plate. OK. Handwash stations stocked ok. Procedures for rice cooking cooling reviewed - OK. Temp logs taken but not kept. Please keep for review by inspector prior to discarding. Use of Lysol or Clorox disinfection spray will require water rinse after application to hard surfaces needed as these products contain excessive disinfectant for food surfaces. Oasis 146 auto dispense on hand. Use for hard surface sanitizing. OK.
