Met with owner and discussed the following:

- all food made on site need to have at least packaging date on it.
- all food that has been supplied by other bakery in Surrey need to have proper label, including ingredients.

Hand wash station supplied with disposable paper /hot and cold water/liquid soap
Pizza hot holding unit ( only cheese pizza displayed at the time of inspection ) - 62C
