Observation: - No surface sanitizer is being used, staff using wiping rags with water??
Correction: - Proper surface sanitizer (ie: bleach solution 1 oz in 1 gallon) to be used for wiping counters.

Instructed the staff to make a solution at time of visit.

Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation: Noted staff handling raw chicken, without hand washing went to the front to serve a customer. (stopped her before serving the customer)
Correction: -Staff to be fully trained in personal hygiene and food safety. After handling any raw meat wash hands with soap, water dry with paper towel ......
Comments

Closure order is lifted. Operator to register staff and send a verification to the area inspector.

Ventilation hood (scheduled cleaning Jan 24) and under cooking equipment to be fully cleaned and send a pic to the area inspector by Jan 24-2023.

Ensure to maintain sanitation at all time, remind staff to follow good personal hygiene and wash their hands properly after handling raw meat and at any possibility of contamination.
