All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held items were > 60 C.
Bleach spray bottle was at 200 ppm.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Secondary Cook step discussed. Microwave used.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
