Routine inspection conducted today.
Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Prep coolers measured at 4C or lower. Hot holding unit measured at 62.1C.
In-use utensils, equipment used for deli are washed in 3-compartment sink in vegetable room.
No signs of pests. Pest control company contracted.

NOTE: Re-organize drying rack area in vegetable room to ensure equipment used for deli can be adequately air dried.

Facility only permitted for heating samosa, tikki, patties fries, nuggets. Making of sandwiches and golgappas. Juices, tea, coffee permitted.

Any changes in floorplan and/or menu require health review and approval.
