Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 3
304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Ants were observed crawling under and next to the 3-compartment sink (about a dozen ants).

Violation Score: 3

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Accumulation of food debris such as sugar, sprinkles and crumbs were observed throughout the premise, on the floor, under equipment/counters, which can attract potential pests such as ants and rodents.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and remove debris from the noted areas, and ensure regular maintenance to keep premise in sanitary condition and prevent pest harborage. Date to be corrected by: May 19 2023
Violation Score: 3
