This location just had Steritech audit 3 days ago, score 93.8
- Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand wash sinks were equipped with hand soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel.
- Walk in cooler, sandwiches cooler (top and under) < or = 4C.
- Walk in freezer -22.3c.
- All the soup in the hot holding unit above 60C.
- Food stored in containers with lids and Best Before Date in the walk in cooler.
- Cooked bacon was stored under room temperature for 6 hours according to the Standard set by Tim Horton. Discarded time was observed on the lid.
- No pest activity observed during inspection.
- 200ppm Quats tested at the dispenser of the 3-compartment sink and in the buckets.
- High temperature dishwasher tested 75.1C at the dish level.
- Back door was tightly closed.

Note: No food direct contact with the 2 wood tables in the back room as they are hard to clean and sanitize.
